If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, Hedorance.com has an easy new online Returns system to help expedite the process. We will handle your return by either promptly exchanging the item, issuing a credit or a refund.

Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to RMAs and exchanges:
We will accept returns within 30 days of your receipt. After 30 days, Hedorance will not offer refunds, but will still cover warranty issues. Exceptions to this are damaged and defective items, which have their own return policy (see below).
Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with manufacturer's original packaging.
Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.
Returning new items in their original condition due to other reasons, such as dissatisfaction, will result in a 15% restocking fee, which will be charged from the total order.
In no event shall Hedorance’s liability exceed the purchase price paid (if any), including shipping costs (if applicable), for the products available for sale on our web site.
Damaged products: If a package arrives and is damaged, please notify us via email at email@example.com, or call our customer service line at (86) 18551643879. A customer service associate will process your return request and give you an RMA and return label to ship the items back for an exchange or refund.
Please include a copy of your RMA in the returned packaging to expedite this process.
Claims against a common shipping carrier must be made by us.
Save all packaging for any claims.
Items that have been cut, damaged or abused.
Items that are missing accessories, such as remote controls, cords, etc.
Personalized or custom items.
Clearance items are sold as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for any clearance item.
Clearance items are under warranty for replacement only.
International Sales are Final and non-refundable.
Due to their seasonal nature, we do not accept returns on Christmas / Holiday / Event items.
